Embarked on a journey in search of his lost beloved guardian fairy, a boy finds himself catapulted in the mysterious world of Termina, over which a deadly catastrophe hangs like a sentence: the moon seems indeed destined to strike the world and its inhabitants on the occasion of the Carnival of Time. A fantasy film that deals with topics such as the elaboration of mourning, free will against predetermined fate, society and integration – highlighting the danger represented by alienation, discrimination and loneliness, reminding us the importance of listening and feeling empathy for others: our humanity.
